bizmovehub provides corporate office and business relocation coordination services for commercial clients across Europe.

  • One-Off Service Nature: All purchases, bookings, and fee structures offered through www.bizmovehub.com represent discrete, non-recurring, one-off service agreements. bizmovehub does not offer automated recurring billing, recurring subscription packages, or ongoing automatic service charges.
  • Two-Stage Billing Framework:
    1. Initial Booking Deposit: The Client initiates a relocation order by submitting a one-off initial deposit via www.bizmovehub.com. This payment secures administrative scheduling, project assessment, and logistical resource allocation for the specified project.
    2. Customised On-Site Assessment & Final Settlement: Following the booking, bizmovehub collaborates with the Client to verify physical inventory, location accessibility, and site requirements. A formal, itemised commercial service contract and invoice will be issued for the remaining balance, which is payable in accordance with agreed contract terms prior to or upon completion of the physical relocation service.

3. Client Obligations & Site Accessibility

To ensure efficient service execution, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information regarding inventory scope, origin, destination site accessibility, and operational constraints.
  • Ensure proper authorisation for access to both departure and arrival premises on the agreed operational date.
  • Review and approve the final customized service proposal before physical execution commences.

bizmovehub reserves the right to adjust final commercial quotes if actual site conditions or physical inventory substantially differ from the initial representations provided during online booking.

4. Payment Terms & Invoicing

  • Pricing: All rates published on the website or communicated in quotes are in Euros (EUR) or Bulgarian Lev (BGN), as specified, exclusive or inclusive of applicable statutory taxes according to European invoicing regulations.
  • One-Off Transactions: Every online deposit and subsequent invoice payment is processed as an individual, independent transaction.
  • Payment Execution: Initial deposits must be settled through our verified online checkout system. Final invoice balances must be settled as specified in the formal commercial contract signed between the parties.

5. Cancellations, Modifications, & Deposit Terms

In compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and Bulgarian commercial standards governing customized B2B service commitments:

  • Resource Scheduling: By remitting an initial deposit, the Client requests that preliminary operational planning and scheduling commence immediately.
  • Cancellation Rights: Cancellations requested prior to the commencement of on-site resource deployment may be subject to administrative retention fees to cover costs already incurred. Detailed cancellation timeframes and refund criteria for final balances are set out in the individual commercial service contract signed prior to execution.

6. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

  • Service Execution: bizmovehub undertakes to deliver coordination services with reasonable care and commercial competence in accordance with the terms specified in the agreed project contract.
  • Unforeseen Events: Neither party shall be held liable for performance delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather conditions, government road restrictions, customs inspections, transit blockages, or force majeure events.
  • Commercial Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Bulgarian law, any monetary liability of bizmovehub arising from a service engagement shall be strictly limited to the direct fees paid by the Client for the specific one-off transaction concerned.

7. Intellectual Property

All textual content, site structures, branding elements, and visual materials on www.bizmovehub.com are the intellectual property of bizmovehub or are used under verified open-source and copyright-free usage permissions. Unauthorised copying, scraping, or distribution of site content without prior written permission is prohibited under European copyright laws.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union legislation.

9. Revisions to Terms

bizmovehub reserves the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect operational or regulatory changes. The version published on www.bizmovehub.com at the time of placing an online booking deposit shall apply to that specific transaction.
