This plan adopts a “phased payment and acceptance” mechanism: we divide the move into three stages (Preparation, Execution, Completion), and each stage must be confirmed by you before proceeding to the next, with payment made accordingly. This structure gives you control at each node and the ability to request modifications at any point.

Preparation includes inventory verification and protective material preparation; Execution covers moving and transport; Completion includes placement and waste removal. Each stage has defined deliverables (e.g., “Preparation delivers protective material list and vehicle schedule”). We assign independent responsible persons per stage for direct accountability.

The deposit is effectively the first-stage fee, used to initiate preparatory work; subsequent stage fees are paid after each stage’s acceptance. The final total cost remains within the agreed deviation from the initial quote (extra costs from changes require written approval). This plan suits companies that value process control and phased payment schedules.
